KueL-FTP is an easy to use, free FTP client program.

Site Manager - Easily manage your favorite FTP sites.
File Permissions - Do mass CHMOD operations, by simply selecting multiple files.
File Operations - Rename, Move and Delete remote as well as local files and folders.
Transfer Queue - Do batch Downloads or Uploads of selected files, from either the current folders or multiple folders.

Minimum System Requirements:
Windows XP, Windows Vista (Not tested on other platforms)
5MB Disk Space (Additional space is needed when downloading files)
